Job Description :
Coordination with internal departments for hiring.
Responsible for recruitment at all levels within the organization.
Coordinating Joining formalities and Issuing of various offer and Appointment Letters.
Inducting the new joiners about the company policies & procedures.
Maintaining attendance records of the Employees.
Responsible for maintenance of all employee personal records and database.
Provide Monthly and Quarterly reports of the employees for each department.
Responsible for initiating and conducting background verification of all employees joining the organization.
Employee Engagement activities.
To coordinate the roll out of the reward and recognition program for the region.
Execute employee satisfaction survey with one on one interaction.
Coordinating with Manager on Payroll processing.
Coordinating with corporate on renewal of Medical Insurance for the employees.
Coordinating with finance department about the entire payroll management
