We are looking for a Web Developer who would possess the ability to conceptualize, and develop Next Gen User Interfaces for Enterprise class of Products.
Responsibilities would include:
* Develop Aesthetic, multi functional, dynamic, content based User Interfaces for world class products.
* Ensuring that the interface developed is usable and accessible to all groups including those with disabilities;
* Ability to gather requirements from all stakeholders and be capable in dissimilating targeted user needs.
* Ability to work end to end in design & development - starting with UI development to integrating the UI with middleware
* Ability to interact and work with cross-geo team members / teams.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in Java with UI Development exposure, preferably for a Product Company
* Strong Java Skills
* Strong JavaScript and/or other framework knowledge - one or multiple of GWT, JQuery, Dojo, MooTools, YUI, node.js etc., is a must
* Strong Troubleshooting skills - Both Server side and client side. Exposure to relevant profiling tools will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication skills - ability to interact and work in a Cross-Geo team
* Desirables:
- Proficiency in HTML/XHTML/DHTML, CSS exposure
- Knowledge of Hibernate, Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP), and Design Patterns
- Proficiency in Photoshop - Ability to create wireframes and mockups, would be desirable.
