Job Description:
Must Skills Should understand the SDLC life cycle and should have work through it, in variety of context.
Clear concept of OOPS.
Proficient in Core Java, web application development (JSP, Servlet).
Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge of used design patterns.
Should understand the programming guideline and standards.
Should be able to work on a project from scratch and be able to write end to end flows.
Should have exposure to maintenance and support projects.
Knowledge of XML, log4j, java scripts, HTML, JQuery.
Should be able to write database queries and stored procedures.
Knowledge of one MVC framework is preferable.
Hands-on with Struts, Spring3 (IOC, MVC, QUARTZ) , Hibernate3
Familiarity with UML.
Good to have Skills Knowledge of
EJB or
JMS
Other Skills Good communication skills (Written and Verbal both)
Should be flexible and quick learner.
Should be self-motivated and should able to mentor juniors.
Should be a good team player or work as an individual contributor.
