Job Description:People Manager for the Support Team/Support Teams assigned to him/her. Team Leads are the direct reports. In charge of appraisal for the Team Members and Team Leads. Responsible for Team Spirit, Attrition Rate and Conflict Resolution. Should escalate critical people issues to the Delivery Head immediately.
Take up Process Improvement initiatives and develop SOPs/Documentation for the benefit of the Support Team.
Drive the adoption/implementation of processes communicated by the Delivery Head.
Identify and escalate training needs to the Delivery Head.
Review the MIS reports prepared by the Team Leaders and take corrective actions/escalate issues.
Prioritize the Problems and Errors escalated to the next level and assign a set of Critical Issues/Major Incidents to the Incident Manager.
Identify the trend of issues being reported and escalate the same to the Delivery Head and Incident Manager ASAP.
Follow up with the Problem Management Team and Development Team on issues which have been escalated to them and are not already being tracked/followed up by the Incident Manager.
Drive the use and update of Knowledge Base.
Drive the use of the SalesForce CRM.
Build strong and mutually beneficial relationship with clients.
Directly handle client communications in case of escalations.
