* Need to understand both Organisation and client process
* Release verification to be done as per schedule of project
* Reports and Metrics to be prepared / reviewed as per the process
* Knowledge in MS Office / Open Office
* Knowledge in SDLC process
* Should be willing to work in 24 x7 shifts
* Should have good communicational skills
* Good attitude to learn and adapt to the environment
* Should be willing for the bond period of 3 years

* BCA / B.Sc - Computer Science Graduates passed out in 2012 & 2013
* 60% scores across academics
