UI Lead / UI Architect / UI Specialist / UI Analyst Developer

- At least 7+ years of interactive design/research experience
- At least two years of web-based product design experience
- Be familiar with popular design trends to make creative products
- Desire to produce the best experiences in the industry hands-down
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills which foster and develop existing and new cross-functional relationships
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent visual communication skills (Understanding of visual design capabilities, including information hierarchy, typography and color)
- Ability to code and/or prototype web-based user interfaces using products such as Dreamweaver
- Portfolio review required
- Able to take risks in design that lead to a perfect balance of innovation and usability
- Expert knowledge of all steps required in the user-centered design process
- Open to feedback and knows how and when to defend design choices
- Understanding of web design principles such as user experience, usability and accessibility
- Experience implementing proven user research methodologies
- Comfortable presenting discovery findings & insights
- Highly motivated and possess a strong passion for technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas, and execute flawlessly against them in a highly collaborative environment
- Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Photoshop, and the MS Office Suite.
- To delivering projects to world class clients both in India and in the US.
- Should have hands of experience on HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
- Should have extensive knowledge and work experience with popular 3Tier frameworks in Java and PHP
- Should have hands on experience with JavaScript Libraries. (Contributions to open source communities preferred) Preferred:
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Strong usage of SVN, GIT is preferred.
- Should be familiar and hands on with Testing solutions like Selenium.
