Primary Skills:
Good in Java and J2ee
Experience in OSB or ESB.
Extensive Java, J2EE development experience, preferably gained on complex multi-tier web-based business applications
Understanding complexity around transferring large volume of data in real-time over web services, XML, native APIs (workflows etc.) or other integration mechanisms.
Hands on experience in developing applications on latest versions of Oracle Databases and knowledge of ADF.
Secondary Skills:
Application Deployment, Application Tuning, Performance Tuning.
Exposure in Distributed Architecture.

Retail banking domain preferred but not mandatory
Soft / Behavioral Skills:
Good skills at probing/researching to identify details of requirements
Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, written & oral communication skills
