Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruiting in a wide range of functional areas including, but not limited to: Solutions Architecture and Engineering (both infrastructure and network), Project and Program Management, Operations, Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence, Quality assurance, Software Development and more. Technology staffing experience a must
Experience working in a staffing agency environment
Must have negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple candidates simultaneously
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Excellent presentation and problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office and ATS systems is required
Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
