Provide stable mainframe Storage and Hardware support for ECS Infrastructure .
Product installations, customization and evaluation.
Definition, Maintenance and Modification of existing z/Series Storage and Hardware Products .
Perform problem analysis and recovery in the storage hardware and software environment.
Should be willing to provide off hours oncall support.
Should be willing to provide support on any weekend activities
Awareness of Change Control procedures and adherence to strict working practices and SLA measure are required.
