Testing Harness Engineer (IT / Software) Navis in Chennai
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs.
As a member of the Engineering Services team in Chennai, you will:
Provide daily maintenance and support of the TeamCity environment
Implement best practices for TeamCity operations in cooperation with Oakland-based Engineering Services personnel
Create and maintain documentation for use and reference of team members and peers
Work with CHN-based QA and Sustaining development teams to understand and support their test throughput requirements
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
Serve as a back-up for CHN-based build/release/installer engineer

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a software development environment
Minimum 1-4 years of scripting experience; PowerShell knowledge a plus
Minimum 1-4 years of test automation experience
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux/Unix environments
Basic understanding of test-driven development and software version control
Basic knowledge of relational databases
Ability to work and think independently
Ability and desire to learn all aspects of software development, testing, and delivery processes with a commitment to best practices
Fluent in written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of the following:
