Roles & Responsibilities:

R12 Service Contracts Techno Functional for customization fixes and development.

Good in understanding of Service Contracts functionality and its integration with other modules like OM, Fin, Install Base, etc. Should have R12 table level exposure and knowledge.

Client interview is involved before candidate is confirmed Direct interaction with client IT and Business team is involved - good communication skills are mandatory Working in staggered shifts would be required to overlap clients Business hours Experience with any of the other modules mentioned below is desirable -

(1) Oracle Spares Management

(2) Oracle Field Service

(3) Advance scheduler

(4) Dispatch center

(5) Google and eLocation Map integration

(6) GPS integration

(7) Service request, Contract Center, UWQ

(8) Email center and Auto SR creation

(9) Oracle Depot Repair (Task base)

(10) Service contracts

(11) Install Base

(12) Preventive Maintenance

(13) Mobile Filed Service Laptop
