Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience in implementing the CRM in a financial organization
Monitor and track activities
Experience in implementing the CRM in a financial organization
Provide the progress to PM
Document Detail Design for critical functions
Follow recommended best practices
Configurations & Customizations
Integration
Report Development
Development of Plug-ins & Workflows
Catering Last Minutes Requirement Changes
Unit Testing / Maintaining Test Log
Deployment in Test Environment

Skills required

5+ Years CRM experience within Financial organisation
Strong detailed design skills
Experience of working with senior stakeholders
