Job Description: We are looking for an outstanding web developer who can single headedly manage the design, layout and coding of our website. The right candidate for this position would be self motivated and energetic candidate who is interested to be a part of an early stage startup company and is ready to contribute his best for the growth of the company and himself.
Experience needed : 2 - 3 years in design and development of websites.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Be part of an idea stage startup and actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development of the company.
• Develop an innovative and user friendly website of our requirement from the scratch and maintain it.
• Work closely with strategists and business development officers to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy on any progress and/or delays.
• Alert and make recommendations to the management on emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
• Designing and database administration of our website.
Technical Skills:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in in using Web technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, VB, VC++, C, C++, Java, PHP/ ASP/JSP, MySQL, AJAX, XML, JQuery & SEO.
• Experience in scrapping or parsing a website.
• Strong sense of web development and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience.
• Knowledge to code from scratch
• Building E-Commerce websites and Payment Gateway Integration
• Develop clean and structured HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery code for front-end and back end projects.
• Experience in working with APIs.
• Web Programming in PHP/MySQL/AJAX with Customization skills.
• A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
• Learn new technologies on the job and come up with creative solutions.
• Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO are a plus.
Inter Personal Skills:
• Self-starter and strong Management skills.
• Ready to undertake new challenges and work towards it.
• Able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
• Able to identify problems and take initiative in finding solutions.
• Awareness and 100% pride in their work.
