    and does not wait for instructions
    Proven experience of Q2O
    would be an added advantage
    Effective communication
    skills, Influencing without power, Strong problem solving
    skills and exposure to project management
    Should be strong in MS
    Office skills
    Educational qualification:   UG/ PG Should have minimum of 5-7
    years of experience and flexible with work timings
