Requirement:

Position : Electronic Discovery Technician
Qualification : B.E./B Tech/ Any Degree – Computer Science
Experience : 6 – 24 months in Desktop Support or Fresh Graduates
Mandatory Skills : Excellent verbal communication

Job Title: Electronic Discovery Technician
No of Positions: 4
Job Description: 
Employee proprietary and off the shelf electronic discovery processing software and proprietary procedures to transform raw electronic data into a uniform, searchable, image-enabled format
Preparation of data for hosting in the company’s proprietary platform
Provide internal and project management support for proprietary and commercial hosted review applications
Import data from / export data to other litigation database products such as Concordance, Summation
Other Production duties, including QC of tiff images, as assigned by senior staff

Candidate Requirements:
Essential Skills:
The candidate does not require any previous industry experience, but must have a strong technical background in IT.
Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7)
Mail Applications (Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes)
Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Troubleshooting / Research (Must be able to troubleshoot problems using available resources)
Preferred Skills:
Database skills including running queries, filtering and manipulation of data, importing and exporting data in various formats i.e. CSV
Remote Desktop
3rd Party Document Review Platforms (Concordance, Ringtail, Introspect, Summation)
Interpersonal Skills
Good communication (Email, Phone, IM, Video Conference)
Teamwork (Must be able to work well as part of a team)

Shift Days: Sunday – Thursday / Tuesday - Saturday
Hours: TBC – Subject to Requirements
Location: Bangalore Location White Field ITPL
