JOB SUMMARY:

Primary responsibilities :
Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.
Adherence to the defined SSS delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
Key job functions would include job monitoring, analysis, debugging problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.
Ensuring timely updating of HPSM with resolution data, root cause
Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project requirements
Should work on 11am to 8:30pm shift and ensure availability to work on 3pm to 12am shift / 6pm to 3am shift if situation demands.
Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team.
Good oral & written communication Skills.
Available to travel to US for short term / long term assignment if required.
Requirements :


Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
Total IT Experience should be 1.5 to 2.5 Years.
Background in healthcare industry applications development and support
Proficient in using of application servers, preferably WebSphere
Proficient in using IBM RAD 7.5/8.0, Dynatrace.
Should have sound core java concepts.
Proficient in developing and implementing web Application using Java and J2EE – JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, Web-Services, Softera LDAP Administrator, Unix.
Should understand core java Design Patterns.
Good experience of web services.
Good exposure of Oracle, SQL and PLSQL.
Good Exposure to Unix shell scripting and TWS scheduler.
Sound understanding of HPSM Incident and Problem Management processes.
Background in healthcare industry applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should posses sound knowledge of SDLC
Experience of handling of OM applications is preferred
Adaptable to work in NIGHT SHIFT (6 pm to 3 am IST) if required
