Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:
- Develops basic integrated solutions, including testing and integrating hardware and software, to facilitate the cost effective delivery of services in accordance with corporate standards and products.
- Analyzes data to determine appropriate system specifications; defines and designs basic system specifications to meet business needs.
- Deploys pre-bundled hardware and software in accordance with standard processes using standard tools and scripts; identifies and investigates matters of significance and resolves as appropriate.
- Monitors, investigates and resolves systems operations matters of significance, in accordance with standard procedures.
- Participates in developing, implementing and documenting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices.
- Provides routine technical support/consultation to other organizations and may provide work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Provides technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters .
- Performs repairs, maintenance and upgrades existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
