Job Description :Manage business HR for internal employees.
Manage day to day HR Operation including administration and execution of HR policies, procedures and programs, HRIS, HR MIS, Payroll, Employee Relations & Performance Management.
Should be able to engage with business leaders & provide HR interface to leaders in supporting & developing people management solutions.
Should be competent on MS office and number savvy. Lead & execute various HR specific assignments/ projects to promote best practice.
Manage, support & mentor team members in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure.
Proactively supporting and anticipating HR issues that arise within the business vertical, by obtaining a good understanding of the business, its objectives and partnering with GM/Managers of the assigned Business Vertical.
Working with the business vertical customers on succession planning, org-structure analysis, Job evaluation, Performance Management System, Compensation planning and employee engagement.
First point of contact for disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues that arise in liaison with the HR Manager/ appropriate PDCs or People review forums.
To follow-up on various HR interventions with BV and provide them support to complete the assignment as per time line.
Investigate all avenues to ensure that a best in class HR support is provided to the business verticals.
