Job Description: Participate in RFP reviews along with the Sales and Engagement managers
Participate in the Requirements gathering and validation phase, process flow analysis and recommend process redesign solutions
Produce detailed IT Infrastructure design documents to match customer requirements involving Windows and associated technologies like Sharepoint, .NET architecture, IIS, virtualization and cloud computing solution options
Co-ordinate with various software vendors to obtain quotes and solutions to supplement skills that the BU may be unable to offer upfront
Collaborate with technical SMEs to produce a technical specification/ BOM for solution implementation requirements
Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the solution options
Desired Profile Practitioner in the field of IT Solution Architecture
Over 12 years of IT experience, of which at least 5 years should be in the IT IMS infrastructure domain
Broad and deep understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies
Familiar with various operating system platforms
Ability to design, plan, govern and implement solutions
Ability to contribute to white papers in the solution domain
Knowledge of market landscape for solution insights, vendors and methods
Excellent written and spoken English language skills ** Must have a Bachelors degree
Must have a stable career background
