Job Description :Job Purpose: The role holder will contribute to the achievement of business objectives by maximizing the opportunities for success in the area of Material Sciences using Processing, instrumentation experiences.
Position TA/Staff-R
Education Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical + Polymer Processing (CIPET)
Job location Bangalore
Age 21 32 years
Reporting relationship Assistant Technologist
Desired Experience 1 - 8 years
Skills &Capabilities Knowledge of Polymer Processing.
Knowledge of electrical / electronic aspects.
Shall be able to trace& fix electrical / electronics issues.
Shall understand the objective of the experimental trials.
Hands on experience on Twin screw extruder will be added advantage.
Shall be process oriented.
Good communication skills.
Responsibilities Carry out trials on twin screw extruder based on the experimental plan.
Operation of processing and testing equipments.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance of the equipments.
Documentation of trial reports and maintenance records
Shall be able to resolve electrical / electronicsissues during the process.
Assist in documentation related to commercials, process, safety, materials etc.
Take care of daily and periodic maintenance of the equipments.
Key Success Factors. Good theoretical & practical knowledge in areas of electrical & electronics.
Exposure to processes
Proactively maintain the equipment in best conditions
