Bachelor Degree in Computer science
Over 3 years of experience
Primary Requirements
Highly proficient in .NET 4.5, C#, ASP.NET
Good knowledge of Microsoft .NET including XML, LINQ, Multithreading, Asynchronous, Parallel Programming
Sound knowledge of TSQL (SQL Server 2010/12)
Experience in analyzing requirements, able to understand impact on existing systems and come up with an all-encompassing solution
Passion to work with demanding architects on complex systems
Good written and verbal communications skills and must be a strong team player
Good understanding of coding best practices and standards
Able to document user stories/use cases, functional specification and design clearly
Secondary Requirements
Experience in writing MS Test (NUnit) Test cases, Static Code Analysis (FxCop), Scalability Testing
Experience in conducting code reviews and help improve quality through early detection
Agile model (Scrum) understanding & experience
Ability to work independently with a team of engineers locally and peer teams abroad with minimum guidance
Nice to have skills
Good at SQL Query optimization for high volume databases
Exposure to BigData Technologies (Hadoop, Map Reduce, Hbase etc.) and cloud technologies
