Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate system solutions
Keenness to explore, learn and work proactively towards improvement.
Understand, Develop and Maintain enterprise scale best-in-class products.
Ability to work independently end to end in development.
Ability to interact and work closely with local and global teams.
Supporting customers on issues in a timely manner as reported from the field.
Strong technology focus and research orientation.
Skills and Experience Required
Candidates shall have a demonstrated track record of success in a similar role in the following areas:
Skills
Excellent knowledge of C++/C#, OOPs concepts
Experience with enterprise scale product development
Strong in coding
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good knowledge of programming on Windows
Desirable
Good knowledge of .NET
Good knowledge of VC++ (SDK, MFC, ATL), COM
Good knowledge of VBScript
Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL
Knowledge of networking concepts
Multi-platform enterprise scale product development experience
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in software development for an enterprise scale product
Experience in building highly scalable and reusable components
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
Personal Traits
Highly detail oriented, self-managed and organized
Ability to perform and provide solution at fast pace in a critical situation
Strong, self-motivated, self-managed work ethic
Strong personal drive for quality
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a passion to excel in technical path
