Job Description: 

Technical Domains (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Network, Security, Database etc)

Independent troubleshooting within SLA

Manage Customer escalations

Implementation of Six sigma projects

Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary

Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge

Update the knowledge base

Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required

Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)

Participate in monthly QA audits

Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain

Eligibility criteria:

60% throughout in academics

No standing arrears

B. Tech/B.E 2013 pass outs – Eligible branches: CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I

Service agreement : 18 months

Open to re-location

Open to work in 24*7 work ambience

Compensation:

Selected candidates will be offered a salary of INR 2.16 Lacs PA (for first 3 months)

Post successful completion of first 3 months INR 2.75 Lacs PA
