IT Project Manager - Mobility Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
Job Purpose :
To be part of a global team focusing on IT solutions for Global Commercial Operations, Global Medical Operations under Global Business Services
Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
Major Accountabilities
Lead the project staff.
Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
Maintain control over the projects status and budget.
Report project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee.
Comply with the IGM Framework, Agile and ICE project life cycle methodologies and GxP where applicable
Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost.
Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scope (e.g. HW/SW standards, Computer System Validation (CSV), Information Protection).
Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Work in a matrix environment and lead the assigned project personnel to jointly achieve a high customer satisfaction
Will work largely independently and your excellent communications skills and proactive nature will ensure your success. The position along with management responsibility relies on your ability to set up and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external service providers and relies therefore on your vendor management experience
Education (minimum/desirable): - Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience - At least 7-8 years of IT work experience in IT, 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience
Salary:For right candidate , salary can go upto 25 lakhs
