Senior Associate - E&R for Software Engineering Track

Job Role: Senior Associate-Education and Research.

Responsibilities:

    Enhance Knowledge sharing using technology such as webinars. Blogs,  Online  courses, invited SME sessions and so on
    Assist in facilitating workshops/seminars for employees at all levels and engage them in work groups (face-to-face & virtualmodes).
    Developing workshop content, case studies, assessment rubrics, AV clips and other state-of the-art artifacts for enablement / competency building
    Networking skills & Pro-activeness
    Ability / Passion to Teach/ Coach and possess enablement techniques
    Ability to develop course
    Excellent Presentation skill

Mandatory Skill needed
  Knowledge in areas of Software Engineering / User Experience Design/ Emerging Software Engineering Practices
  Thorough knowledge of any one or more programming languages (Java / C / C++ / C# etc.) AND one or more databases (Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server etc.)

Additional Info:

Qualification: BE / ME / M.Tech. / MCA / M.Sc. FULL TIME ONLY
