Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of Rich Internet applications/ Web applications
Should analyze, review requirements and interact with onsite team

Knowledge/ Skill Requirements:
ASP.NET using C#, .NET 3.5/ 4.0
WCF services, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
Backend: SQL 2008/2005
IDE & Tools: VS 2010, TFS
Hibernate/ Entity framework, MVC, IIS, Active Directory Federation Services

Mandatory Skills:

2-5yrs of strong hands-on experience in developing web/desktop apps
Strong .NET source debugging skills
Good understanding of OOPS and design concepts
Solid logic and organizational skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and excellent learning abilities
Strong computer science fundamentals
Strong customer interaction skills
Very good communication skill
