Experience :10 - 20 Years
Job Description :To ensure availability of all machine for production.
- To implement project activities in the department.
- To implement energy saving measures in the department.
- To ensure proper communication with the production persons for the machine health & safety. To ensure 100% adherence of Pm schedule of the machines.
- Carry out adherence to safety norms and procedures.
- Oversee and monitor operation and maintenance needs of the equipment and planning of scheduled /predictive maintenance accordingly.
- To make maintenance plan as flexible so as to cope with production needs
- Ensured that short stop level remains with in targets
- To adhere TPM (Muskaan , Shaan , Other initiatives)
- Create awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manuals
